Camping La Genziana is located in Barrea (AQ), at 1,100 meters above sea level, in the heart of the Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise National Park, just a short walk from the most scenic hiking trails and offering a stunning view over the Lake Barrea valley and the mouth of the Sangro River.
The campsite is spread across panoramic terraces covering more than 20,000 square meters and features 60 pitches surrounded by greenery, ideal for tents, motorhomes and caravans.
Acacias, maples and beech trees frame one of the most charming landscapes in Abruzzo — the perfect place for a holiday immersed in nature, silence and relaxation.
The historic center of Barrea can be reached with a pleasant walk, as well as the lake, accessible both through the village and via panoramic trails. During the summer months, shuttle bus services are also available.
Our campsite enjoys a truly strategic location, not far from both the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Adriatic Sea, about two hours from cities such as L’Aquila, Pescara, Naples, Caserta, Tivoli and Montecassino.
